A full-service marketing agency are looking to add to their client services team with an Account Manager. They specialise in delivering end-to-end creative solutions for their clients, and are seeking a marketing professional to join the team in providing top-class client service to their client accounts.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic, efficient and a team-player, with fantastic communication. Ideally, they will also have experience within an agency setting.
Responsibilities Include:- Working within the client services team and managing client accounts
- Creating clear, detailed briefs for the design/creative team
- Budget management/ cost estimates
- Project and timeline management
- Setting up and maintaining project records within internal systems
- Liaising with external partners
- Handling administrative tasks and maintaining organised records
- Supporting the team with other tasks as needed
- Experience in a marketing role, within an agency setting.
- Experience in account management/ client services.
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating at the client level.
- B2C experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working on creative/design briefs.
