We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Welder to join a well-established, Essex based, leading design and manufacturing company who specialises in high-quality, bespoke commercial stainless-steel kitchens, bars, and food equipment.
It is essential for candidates to have experience of TIG welding on stainless steel down to 0.9 mm and need to have a good understanding of engineering drawings. This is a field-based role working across different locations across the London area. A van is provided and candidates need to have a full UK driving licence. Flexibility is required on start times due to gaining access to customer premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out TIG welding of stainless steel components (0.9mm - 3mm thickness).
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and precision welding to meet exceptional standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the on-site team and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in installation work.
- Proven experience in TIG welding (particularly 0.9mm-3mm stainless steel).
- Experience working with kitchen or catering equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Must be willing and able to travel to various sites within London.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
