About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency in Esher, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to support their busy sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, close-knit office and take ownership of the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a pipeline of property sales, liaising between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
- Proactively chasing outstanding documentation and progressing files efficiently through the conveyancing process
- Updating all parties regularly and maintaining clear records of all communications
- Dealing with enquiries, resolving issues that may arise during the sales process, and helping to overcome potential obstacles to completion
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process and offering reassurance to clients
- Working collaboratively with negotiators to ensure a seamless transition from agreed sale to exchange and completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales progression or a strong background in estate agency sales
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, calm, and professional manner, especially under pressure
- Knowledge of the legal and procedural aspects of residential property sales
- Proficiency in CRM and property software (experience with Reapit desirable but not essential)
