I am currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a fixed term role, working for our client to assist during a busy period. This role is a FTC until December this year, and whilst there is no guarantee there is potential for something more permanent.

Your role is to support with all general HR, focusing on employee relations and providing support to department managers. This role is full time in the office.

General responsibilities will include:

  • A point of contact for all general guidance, providing full support and advice in all things HR related.
  • Support with all recruitment, advertising any roles, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Staff contracts and sending offer letters.
  • Absence management, staff holidays and analysis of absences.
  • Keeping HR database up to date.
  • All general HR administration and communications, arranging meetings and taking minutes, distributing relevant documents.
  • Assist with any ad hoc HR related projects.
  • Supporting with Health & Safety documentation.
  • Any other relevant HR tasks as and when required.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in employee relations and also absence management. A strong IT literacy and also the ability to work well with others are both musts. We are also looking for someone with CIPD level 5 minimum.

This role is full time office based with working hours of 8.45am – 5pm. The company offers many benefits that include wellbeing programmes, eyecare vouchers, and onsite parking.
