Join our friendly dental team as a Dental Nurse/Receptionist! Are you a people person with a passion for patient care and a warm, professional presence? We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our welcoming practice.
We are a private general dental and specialist referral practice looking for an enthusiastic dental nurse with reception experience to join our team. This is a part-time position, starting with 3 to 4 days with the possibility of increasing. The role also requires your availability on an occasional Saturday. The ideal candidate should be a qualified dental nurse with reception experience.
Location: Barnet
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The role:
- Support our dental team by assisting during procedures and ensuring a smooth clinical experience.
- You will be working with our general dentists and specialist dentist, ensuring that we give our patients the very best care.
- Need to be friendly—both in person and on the phone.
- Manage bookings, maintain patient records, and handle reception duties with care and efficiency.
- Contribute to a calm, positive environment where patients feel welcome and cared for.
What We’re Looking For in a candidate:
- GDC-registered dental nurse
- Confident using dental software (training will be provided if needed)
- Friendly, professional, and great with people
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Work well in a team as well as the ability and initiative to work alone
- Some IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Good organisational skills
- Be able to manage the diary
- Admin experience
