We are hiring a Project Administrator for a green energy company on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the PMO Team Leader, you will provide project management support and assist with the delivery of various projects within an EV Charging (operational) environment. This is a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects ensuring completion to defined timelines & budgets.
Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, controlling, monitoring, driving, and reporting of new and existing EV Charging infrastructure projects.
- Provide RAID management & support to ensure actions are completed on time, highlighting any delays or potential risks to the project.
- Create and maintain key project documentation including project plans, schedules and budgets and use standard project management tools to track delivery against plan.
- Support stakeholder engagement, translating objectives into business requirements and solutions.
- Support business case development including cost and resource requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Champion best practice project/programme delivery.
- Solid experience within Project/ PMO environment with proven ability to support all aspects of project management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project, MS Excel, Sharepoint.
- Clear understanding of Risk and Issue management with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills – especially in proactively supporting complex, fast-paced meetings and succinctly and accurately noting key actions and decisions.
- Self-organised, with the ability to work in a pressured environment.
