Our professional client is seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Co-ordinator to support the delivery of strategic marketing and communication initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website content to ensure it is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
- Monitor SEO and Google Analytics to improve digital performance
- Liaise with external digital agencies to support online campaigns, Google Ads, and CMS enhancements
- Work with internal teams to create high-quality, relevant content
- Coordinate content calendars and editorial workflows
- Track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure all content reflects the organisation's tone of voice and brand values
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Oversee the creation of collateral such as brochures, banners, templates, and stationery
- Coordinate brand assets and staff photography updates as needed
- Plan and manage internal and external events including staff functions, client receptions, and sponsorships
- Build relationships with community groups and external partners
- Manage all event logistics, communications, budgets, and post-event evaluation
- Research and coordinate print and digital advertising opportunities
- Liaise with designers and media contacts to deliver advertising materials
- Monitor performance and ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Act as a first point of contact for marketing-related enquiries
- Assist with preparing quotes and directing enquiries to appropriate contacts
- Support teams with enquiry tracking and service-related initiatives

Experience and Skills Requirements:
