This role is a hybrid role based at our West London dealership: 634 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 5RY, United Kingdom.

Base salary of £23k with a competitive and rewarding commission structure OTE up to £75k. Manufacturer owned dealership opportunity.

Role Overview:

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at West London. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our busy fleet team.

As a National Fleet Advisor you will be expected to:

  • Achieve all sales objectives by maximising opportunities with every customer.
  • Build close relationships with key customers to ensure objectives are achieved and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Comply with all Group processes regarding credit lines, invoicing, margin retention and stock control.
  • Ensure that all correct information is in place to allow for accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies.
  • Strive to be the reference in the delivery of outstanding personal and professional conduct.

In this role you will also:

  • Achieve, and strive to exceed, all sales objectives maintaining a good relationship with National Fleet customers both existing and new.
  • Work closely with National and Rental Fleet B2B Sales Teams to achieve maximum profitability from every order.
  • Work effectively with Regional Controllers to ensure vehicles are ordered and delivered in a timely fashion with all debts managed and controlled.
  • Ensure all vehicles are supplied to Fleet users within the company pricing structure.

To be successful in this role we would like our Fleet Sales Managers to display strong people management skills alongside an understanding of systems and processes, good financial acumen and excellent time management.
