About the Role:
Actio Recruitment is supporting our automotive client in Cambridge in their search for a dedicated Service Advisor. This is a full-time role, responsible for managing customer enquiries, service bookings, and overseeing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
- Qualify service and diagnostic needs, establishing a clear understanding with customers about the work required.
- Schedule and calculate workshop capacity, ensuring accurate data entry into the service workshop loading system.
- Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
- Clearly explain completed work to customers, up selling service plans, ensuring their full understanding and approval.
- Address any customer dissatisfaction in liaison with the department manager, following dealership procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar automotive role preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
