Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of training programmes and data. This includes scheduling courses, managing participant registrations, coordinating with trainers and venues, processing payments, and maintaining training records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries, answers simple questions and directs complex ones
- Organises training
- Books courses with trainers and venues
- Sends booking details to participants
- Processes orders and invoices
- Updates training records
- Issues training certificates
- Collects training feedback
- Mainly booking of training and dealing with lots of electronic requests and data
