Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity based full-time on site in Reading. This is a two-year contract on a large-scale project, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the BMS installation and commissioning process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of BMS projects, from initial planning through to handover
- Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Coordinating site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Managing documentation, reporting, and quality control processes
- Supporting and guiding technical teams on-site where necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering BMS or M&E projects from start to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- CSCS or ECS card essential; SSSTS card preferred
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of site activities
- Must be available to work full-time on site in Reading
