BMS Project Manager

Job Title: BMS Project Manager Location: Reading (Site-Based) Contract Length: 24 Months Start Date: May/June 2025 Working Pattern: Full-Time, On-Site Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity based full-time on site in Reading. This is a two-year contract on a large-scale project, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the BMS installation and commissioning process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of BMS projects, from initial planning through to handover Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Coordinating site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines Managing documentation, reporting, and quality control processes Supporting and guiding technical teams on-site where necessary Requirements: Proven experience delivering BMS or M&E projects from start to completion Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders CSCS or ECS card essential; SSSTS card preferred Ability to work independently and take full ownership of site activities Must be available to work full-time on site in Reading If you\’re a reliable, hands-on project manager with a track record in BMS or related building services projects, we\’d love to hear from you
