Are you fluent in Italian with Customer Service experience? Ralph Recruitment are pleased to be partnering exclusively with our client, a leading online retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multilingual Customer Experience Exec (IT) The Customer Experience Exec willprovide an exceptional customer experience by promptly dealing with any telephone calls, emails or messages (from new or existing customers in Italy, workingfrom the office, home or hybrid must be able to travel to Burnely fr the initial 2 weeks training. Excellent product training, support and progression. The Role To deliver an exceptional pre and post sales customer experience, by promptly responding to and resolving any calls, messages or emails in a professional, courteous, and helpful way.
