As a Deburring Machine Operator, you’ll be part of the Finishing Department, preparing critical aerospace components using high-end vibratory machinery. If you’ve got hands-on experience with vibratory or tumbling machines – particularly Walther Trowal – and a keen eye for precision, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Walther Trowal vibratory finishing machines and barrel tumblers
- Finishing metallic components to exact aerospace standards
- Masking areas such as bores, holes, and slots to protect from abrasives
- Conducting in-process inspections and packing completed parts for internal delivery
- Reading and following technical drawings, part numbers, and aerospace documentation (ADRs)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience using vibratory and/or tumbling finishing machinery (Walther Trowal experience desirable)
- Previous background in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Familiarity with basic inspection tools and quality checks
- Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations
