We are seeking a Head of Business Excellence to drive continuous improvement across all business areas in a complex multi-site heavy manufacturing business, whilst leading and inspiring a team of Black Belts. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects with a global team, in a supportive work culture that values continuous improvement. As the Head of Business Excellence, you will ensure continual improvement throughout the business, and the successful delivery of improvement projects. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of four Black Belts at varying levels of experience and a Lean Specialist. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through complex improvement projects, including a major initiative to double production output.
