As the Appointment Maker, you will be making calls to warm leads booking appointments for field sales advisors.

About you:

  • Background working as an Appointment Maker within a B2C sales environment.
  • A proven track record in KPI achievement.
  • Booking appointments from warm leads for Field Sales Advisors.
  • Ideally 12 months + experience in a result driven environment.
  • Ability to promote our brand, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focussed self-starter.
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude.
  • Enhance customer experience through excellent quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
