Top design practice is looking to add a talented BIM Coordinator with minimum 2 years’ experience to the team. This is a key role providing BIM and Revit support with responsibilities split between project-specific requirements and general BIM/Revit activities.
Working with the BIM Manager, the role will involve helping with the technical upskilling and mentoring of the team, being responsible for ensuring team optimisation for working in Revit and overseeing associated technologies and workflows and ensuring delivery of coordinated models.
- Full understanding of relevant UK BIM Standards is essential
- Revit expertise
- Extensive detailed knowledge and understanding of other relevant software and platforms; Dynamo, Navisworks, CDE’s, Enscape
- Possess previous working experience in a similar role, ideally within a Level 2 BIM-accredited practice
- UK design sector experience is a must
- Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree or equivalent
