The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To manage a team of water meter engineers within the Water Metering contract for STW. To ensure a successful delivery of the metering projects within the team, whilst maintaining the highest Customer Service and Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise labour in the most cost-effective way, including recruitment and absence management.
- Manage all other resources e.g. materials and plant.
- Coach and develop staff to reach their potential.
- Carry out team briefings with teams.
- Monitor staff performance to specification and working instructions.
- Liaise with the client and other job associated people, including:
- Arranging and attending programme meetings.
- Meeting clients’ requirements in a cost-effective way.
- Giving client progress updates.
- Meeting councils, surveyors, site managers and client’s staff as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Computer literate.
- Experience in Utilities.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
