Responsibilities and Duties:

The Rapid Response Carer is a fundamental part of this unique team and is a vital role within the company.

You will provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes when emergency cover is required, the rapid response care team are on call to help throughout the company in any location. This will require you to be flexible to work 5 days out of 7 and be able to work both days/nights.

Mileage is paid for all travel, the position is salaried therefore, you are paid even if emergency cover is not required.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

• Driving license and transport
• Care experience
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Flexible
• Good time management
• The ability to act with integrity, honesty & kindness
• You will be asked to apply for a DBS as part of this role to ensure the safety and protection of our Client
