A dynamic and fast-paced aircraft charter company is looking to recruit both experienced and trainee charter brokers to join its established team of specialists based at the Group head office. The charter broker role is challenging but highly rewarding. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing air freight transport solutions to clients around the globe. Role: Aircraft Charter Broker – Cargo Salary: Provided Upon Application Location: Horsham Area Responsibilities: Providing Air freight transport solutions to clients all over the world. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific cargo needs, and providing personalized service. Identify and arrange suitable aircraft and routes for cargo transport, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Coordinate logistics from booking to final delivery, monitoring cargo progress and addressing any issues that arise during transit.Essential Experience & Qualifications Seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for charter brokering and the aviation industry Previous experience in air cargo, freight forwarding or aviation brokerage is highly desirable Strong ability to negotiate rates and secure deals, with proven experience in sales or business development.
