With a focus on innovation and craftsmanship, they are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to set and operate a variety of CNC milling machines. You’ll play a key role in producing precision components to exact specifications, working with advanced machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities – CNC Miller

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines, including Bridgeport, Beaver, Hardinge, and Hartford models.
  • Use CNC CAM systems and Fanuc/Heidenhain/Mitsubishi controls to produce high-quality components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work with general tool room machinery to support production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards.

Key Experience & Qualifications – CNC Miller

  • Proficient in setting and operating: Bridgeport Interact 4, Bridgeport VMC1000, Beaver, Hardinge VMC1000 MK2, Hartford MC2060, Bridgeport 1000.
  • Experience with 1CNC CAM system.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi controls.
  • Familiarity with general tool room machinery.
  • Current Fork Truck Licence.
