We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Care Manager to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. As a Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals within their own homes. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while leading a dedicated team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
