About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team at our nursery in the E16 area. This is a full-time, year-round position, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow and thrive in an early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and early education to children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitor and record children's development and progress
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
- Work effectively as part of a team to create a nurturing and inclusive setting
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
