The Job
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from initial vacancy consultation to first-day readiness.
- Manage relationships with agencies on the preferred suppliers list to ensure recruitment campaigns run smoothly.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) by working efficiently within the team.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and business needs.
- Handle high-volume and varied recruitment campaigns across specific business areas.
