Job Overview:
The Trust is seeking a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings
- Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs
- Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care
