Job Overview:

The Trust is seeking a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings
  • Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs
  • Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care
  • Participate in audits and research to enhance service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
  • Travel frequently within the borough and work flexibly, including weekends

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
