We are currently recruiting a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our clients project team in supporting them on 2 of their existing projects. Both projects are refurbishments, one is a fire station, and the other is a hotel (listed building). Both have a combined construction value of £8m. You will be based onsite in hastings for 2-3 days a week, the rest of the time you will be based in Swanley, therefore you will need to be ok with the travel. The role is to focus on procurement, package management, variations, CVRs and into final accounts. Reporting into the head of commercial. You will need to have worked for a main contractor on refurbishment projects previously. The role is to start on January 13th and the contract will be for a minimum of 9 months.
