The Role:
At our client's prestigious yacht company, they specialise in curating unparalleled yachting experiences. As an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' needs are met seamlessly. The opportunity would suit someone with experience of time management and multiple responsibilities, someone who excels with a busy and changing workload.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the clients aftersales needs, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to oversee yacht preparations and necessary repairs
- Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients
- Proactively gather client feedback to enhance our services and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
The Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role - Aftersales / Service department within the Marine/ Leisure Yachting or Automotive Industry;
- Dynamic, forward-thinking;
- Ability to demonstrate longevity through a stable career history;
- Knowledge of Kerridge would be very beneficial
