Senior Resident Liaison Officer – 3 Frameworks * Salary up to £43k + package * Managing a team of 12 RLO’s * 3 Frameworks across West London Role We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Resident Liaison Officer to oversee a team of 12 Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) and ensure the successful delivery of 3 frameworks based in Northwest London. You will be the main point of contact for managing a team that works directly with residents to ensure that all their concerns are addressed and that the regeneration projects progress smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12 Resident Liaison Officers across three major regeneration frameworks in West London. * Provide guidance and support to the RLO team, ensuring consistency in approach, high performance, and exceptional service delivery to residents. * Oversee the management of resident concerns, complaints, and feedback, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and effectively. * Review and monitor the progress of ongoing works, ensuring residents are kept informed of project developments, changes, and disruptions. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in the regeneration process. * Ensure that all regulatory requirements, health and safety protocols, and project-specific guidelines are adhered to throughout the works. * Ensure that the Resident Liaison Officers are properly trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively and in line with company standards.
