We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception/Facilities Assistant based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Reception/Facilities Assistant:
- Greet and check-in visitors, issuing relevant badges.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering and AV equipment.
- Assist with scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions.
- Conduct contract reviews and performance evaluations of vendors.
- Data sheet maintenance.
- Contractor performance reviews.
