- Deliver a great guest experience by providing excellent food in line with our menu
- To assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with ordering requirements
- Prepare ingredients & dishes to the standard & specification
- Measure dish ingredients & portion sizes accurately
- Deal with deliveries & ensure stock rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards, taking pride in the hotel and its team
