We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead, inspire, and shape sustainable outcomes across several construction projects across the London Boroughs. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining compliance - you’ll be championing innovation. From supporting the transition to net zero and embedding circular economy principles, to delivering measurable social value, you’ll play a key part in creating infrastructure that genuinely benefits both people and the planet.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of Advisors, ensuring the successful delivery of the environmental strategy on the ground - while contributing to the bigger picture and helping evolve our clients wider sustainability roadmap. As the senior environmental voice on site, your guidance, presence, and expertise will be key to ensuring high standards and consistent best practice across all projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and mentoring the Environment team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and purpose.
- Leading the delivery of regional environmental strategy, driving measurable progress across key sustainability themes.
- Owning environmental incident investigations, reporting, and learnings across the projects.
- Maintaining and evolving Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation in line with operational and business needs.
- Overseeing accurate and timely environmental data reporting, helping translate insights into action.

- Proven experience of leading environmental compliance across multiple sites or complex projects.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the environmental function at site, regional, and client levels.
