RM Recruit is delighted to be working with a highly successful Birmingham-based business that is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time, remote working basis. The role involves working 2–3 days per week and is offered on a temporary contract for one month, with the potential for extension.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be supporting the finance function with day-to-day accounting duties, working closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of financial operations. The position is remote, offering great flexibility while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliations and data entry
- Assisting with month-end procedures
