We're partnering with a leading FS firm who are building a high-impact Growth Design Team. They're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for innovation, rapid experimentation, and designing from 0-1.

Key Details:

  • Day Rate: £450-£485/day (via umbrella)
  • Location: Remote
  • Length: 6-month initial contract

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Strategy Leads to identify growth opportunities
  • Run experiments to validate hypotheses and user behaviours
  • Conduct user research and testing across early-stage concepts
  • Design clean, user-centric UIs using Figma and design systems
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback and data
  • Balance short-term tests with long-term product strategy

Required:

  • 5+ years' experience in product/UX/UI design
  • Strong background in user research, design experimentation, and growth thinking
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, design systems, and prototyping
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing
  • Experience designing for both native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 0→1 thinking, not just visual polish

Nice to have:

  • Experience within fintech, data, or platform businesses
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools (Maze, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Prior work in innovation or R&D-focused product teams
