Job Description:
Are you a skilled Salesforce Consultant looking for a new challenge? Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional on-site visits. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
- Manage the project lifecycle, from scoping and development to testing, deployment, and aftercare.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations.
Requirements:
- Must Be UK Citizen – No Sponsor VISA
- Travel to London once a week
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a strong functional background.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
