Remote Based (London Meet Up’s) Defence & Security Sector
Our client is proud to be the world’s largest community designed to inspire and support C-Suite executives focused on Defence & Security and they’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team to work on new launches to the sector.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Producing a targeted number of events per year (or equivalent) with workshops
- Intensive research to ascertain and validate conference content with senior executives, plus some secondary publication and web research
- Development of in-depth master-briefs summarising the main findings of your research for the wider project team
- Invitation, confirmation and management of ongoing relation with senior speakers
- Run events onsite, networking with senior executives and developing future business
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and aid in the execution of comprehensive cross-functional strategies
- Budgetary control of direct event costs
- Creation of original, engaging sales copy for the event brochure, website and associated mail pieces
Performance Criteria:
- Demonstrates strong productivity track record; proven ability to hit desktop on at least 3 consecutive product cycles
- Demonstrates ability to generate seed ideas and a clear understanding/ability to work through the topic generation process
- Track record of delivering growth across launch events
- 2 Years + Conference Production expertise – commercial ideally working on international portfolios
