- Handle onboarding docs and LOAs with your eyes closed
- Keep client records spotless and up to date in Intelligent Office (IO)
- Chase providers like a pro (without sounding like one)
- Support paraplanners and advisers so they can do their best work
- Keep clients updated, professionally, clearly, and on time
- Track applications, invoices, and workflows like a hawk

Who You Are
- You’ve got 3+ years in financial admin
- Ideally, you’ve got your Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services (or close)
- You’re organised, accurate, and know what a compliant file should look like

- You get a buzz from helping advisers stay ahead not playing catch-up
