A Finance Change Lead, specialising in finance systems, who is a qualified Accountant or ideally an Actuarial, with strong leadership qualities, clear vision, and the drive to push Finance's change initiatives forward.
You will lead the Systems and Finance Change. You’ll be able to review what’s there and make your recommendations, improving processes and educating others how to work with the data.
What experience do you need?
- Experience with finance systems within a life insurance or financial services organisation
- Knowledge of Finance reporting, IFRS 17, Solvency II, and UK GAAP
- Experience with Prophet, SAP, or similar ERP solutions
- Exposure to actuarial models - life insurance
- Process automation tools
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience with BlackLine would also be beneficial.
