MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Consumer Goods Business on the search for an E-Commerce & Marketplaces Manager. This is a permanent position based in Central London.

As E-Commerce & Marketplaces Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of the company’s e-commerce websites and marketplace channels. You’ll work cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver on commercial objectives, optimise site and marketplace performance, and drive digital innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale digital commerce in a growing brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth across online sales, marketplaces, and digital customer retention.
  • Oversee and manage the performance of Shopify-based websites (Dreamland and Bellissima Italia), ensuring smooth operation and an optimal user experience.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across new and existing marketplaces.
  • Source, negotiate, and onboard new sellers/partners to broaden product offerings and expand digital reach.
  • Manage marketplace performance including advertising, inventory, supply chain, fulfilment, and account health.
  • Create and optimise engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned product listings across all digital channels.
  • Analyse and improve conversion rates through user journey audits, A/B testing, and optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to integrate campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) with e-commerce platforms.
  • Liaise with operations to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient uploads, and timely product availability.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, and bounce rates, delivering insights to drive performance.
  • Own the digital customer experience end-to-end, from discovery to post-purchase satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to align initiatives with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, including payment, logistics, and development partners, to ensure seamless operations.
