A prestigious national law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years’ PQE to join its growing and highly regarded team based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier Corporate team that continues to expand nationally, with particular growth in its newer office locations. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team of around 50 corporate fee earners, including 20 Partners many of whom are recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers, with several in the Hall of Fame.
Working closely with these leading lawyers, you will gain high-quality experience and be given real responsibility from day one. This is a role with genuine progression prospects offering a clear pathway to Senior Associate and beyond, with a structured development framework, regular feedback, and a merit-based culture.
The team handles a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buy-outs and buy-ins, fundraising rounds, refinancing and exits. You’ll also be part of a wider corporate group that includes specialists in Corporate Tax, Banking & Finance, Company Secretarial, and Competition. Sector strengths include Energy & Infrastructure, Healthcare, Automotive, Hospitality, Insurance, Transport, and Real Estate offering a rich and varied client base.
As a Corporate Associate, you’ll:
- Manage a caseload of complex and high-value corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
- Support and lead on M&A deals, both domestic and international
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers, benefiting from close mentorship and support
- Take on increasing responsibility with a view to progressing to Senior Associate level in the future
