Vertical Drop is on the hunt for a Podcast Producer — someone who knows how to manage people, build relationships, and deliver high-quality content… but now wants to do that in the podcasting world.

This is a role for someone ready to pivot, who’s worked in the recruitment or talent industry and knows what it means to hustle, keep projects moving, and engage people — but craves a more creatively fulfilling, influence-driven role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Booking and liaising with guests — making sure they’re briefed, excited, and show up
  • Acting as the bridge between clients, hosts, and the studio
  • Owning guest experience on shoot days in our Clerkenwell studio
  • Managing calendars and coordinating production schedules
  • Helping drive outreach and marketing campaigns across social and audio platforms

  • Passion for podcasts, personal branding and influencer culture
  • Strong project management and people skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments where you're juggling guests, calendars, and content
  • Confident communicator – via email, on the phone, and in the studio
  • Based in or near London, and available to attend studio days in Clerkenwell
  • Social media savvy – bonus points for any content or podcast experience
