Job Purpose:
To manage the Financial Planning Administration teams across all Financial Planning divisional locations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To be responsible for the Financial Planning administration teams.
- Encourage and drive efficiencies within the Administration teams.
- To take responsibility for the Financial Planning systems and controls.
- Provide supervision to Financial Planning Administration Managers, Team Leaders and PA roles in the performance of their duties.
- To provide the Financial Planning revenue collation and produce monthly reporting.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
