Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their esteemed home care providers in the search for a Regional Operations Manager based in Surrey, South-east England. Our client is dedicated to delivering extraordinary care into people’s own homes. Offering a full range of services, including introductory care, visiting care, and live-in care.
You will be responsible for:
- You’ll be experienced in operational management, lead and oversee the daily operations of the home care services within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, client-centred care, unvaryingly meeting and exceeding high standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Nurture and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, families, healthcare partners, LA’s and funding bodies, to ensure on-going communication and trust is provided.
- Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and the providers policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
To be considered for this role of Regional Operations Manager you will need the following experience:
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. Creating a shared vision and aligning team goals within the company objectives is vital.
