This opportunity, based in Leicester, offers hybrid flexibility and tailored training pathways to help accelerate your career in CDM and Principal Design. Ideal for candidates with some experience in CDM or Construction Health and Safety, this role offers hands-on project exposure and genuine progression prospects.
The CDM Consultant will assist in the delivery of CDM advisory services, support senior staff with Principal Designer responsibilities, and engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will gain experience across a variety of sectors and be supported by a team passionate about mentoring and professional growth.
- 1+ year experience in CDM or Construction H&S (required)
- NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (preferred)
- TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
- APS Membership (AaPS or above desirable)
- Eager to develop into Principal Designer duties
