The Role
As a Joinery Estimator, you’ll be key to the pre-construction process, pricing up detailed, bespoke projects and ensuring accuracy throughout. You’ll:
- Review drawings and tender documents
- Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
- Negotiate to secure competitive pricing
- Provide clear financial reporting to support project delivery
