The Role

As a Joinery Estimator, you’ll be key to the pre-construction process, pricing up detailed, bespoke projects and ensuring accuracy throughout. You’ll:

  • Review drawings and tender documents
  • Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labour, and subcontractors
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
  • Negotiate to secure competitive pricing
  • Provide clear financial reporting to support project delivery
