A Teacher of Design Technology is required for a lovely secondary school in the Sunderland area. You will deliver Design Technology to Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils. This full-time role starts in September and is for at least 4 months, with the potential for one year for the right candidate. This secondary school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal Design Technology Teacher candidate would:
- Have a passion for teaching Design Technology
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to engage with children in a proactive way
We are keen to hear from both experienced Design Technology Teachers or ECTs. To apply for this position, you must hold QTS or QTLS. In addition, you must:
- Provide two referees we can contact
- Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
