About the Company: We are an innovative technology company at the forefront of Generative AI and Digital Transformation. We help organizations maximize their investments in Gen AI, driving real business transformation through AI implementation strategies, generative AI adoption, and AI-enhanced low-code solutions.

We are looking for a high-performing, new-business-focused Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients within the Financial Services sector.
  • Microsoft Solutions Sales: Promote and sell cutting-edge Gen AI and Digital Transformation services, including AI-enhanced low-code solutions and workforce enablement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-level relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing, technical, and partner teams to refine offerings and market positioning.
  • Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage and track sales progress to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Microsoft Partnership Leverage: Utilize existing relationships with Microsoft to generate leads and co-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (business applications, AI, digital transformation).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets in new business sales.
  • Strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem and Financial Services sector.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset – comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and consultative selling experience in AI or business applications.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
