Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of industrial and/or automatic doors.
- Attending breakdowns and callouts within your region.
- Carrying out upgrades and installation work when required.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining professional relationships on site.
- Working in line with health and safety and industry regulations.
- Completing accurate reports and documentation following each job.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working on either industrial doors, roller shutters, sectional doors, or automatic doors.
- Knowledge of EN16005 (for automatic doors) or similar certifications would be an advantage.
- An NVQ 2 in Industrial Doors if an Industrial Door Engineer.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive work ethic.
