Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of industrial and/or automatic doors.
  • Attending breakdowns and callouts within your region.
  • Carrying out upgrades and installation work when required.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining professional relationships on site.
  • Working in line with health and safety and industry regulations.
  • Completing accurate reports and documentation following each job.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working on either industrial doors, roller shutters, sectional doors, or automatic doors.
  • Knowledge of EN16005 (for automatic doors) or similar certifications would be an advantage.
  • An NVQ 2 in Industrial Doors if an Industrial Door Engineer.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive work ethic.
