Are you an experienced Office and/or Front of House professional looking for a varied role in a City law firm? If so, keep reading! We are looking to recruit a Receptionist and Operations Assistant for one of our excellent law firm clients based in the City of London. This role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. Salary paying between £28k-£30k DOE and working 5 days in the office.
This role will suit someone who is excellent when customer-facing, enjoys a varied workload and likes to get stuck in wherever they can! This will also suit someone who is looking to grow within the role and their career.
To be considered for the role you must have at least 2 years office admin/front of house experience in a law firm or professional services.
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors attending on site
- Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy
- Taking calls, booking taxis, responding to emails
- Support with secretarial duties where required – travel, diary management etc.
- Operations admin including H&S, building maintenance, project work
- General admin including supporting with billing, printing, scanning etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office admin and/or front of house role in a law firm or professional services
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to be self-motivated and consistent under pressure
- Willingness to get involved with a variety of tasks
