We’re looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our team, working full-time (40 hours per week). This is a hybrid role and you will work part of the week from home and part of the week from our Head Office and Training Academy in Newport Pagnell; currently, two days a week can be worked from home. The role also includes some travel to our nursery sites across England.

In this role, you will manage employee relations cases, provide generalist HR advice, and be involved in people projects, policy development, and employee wellbeing strategies.
