A leading facilities maintenance provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team, covering a portfolio of commercial office environments across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a company offering stability, progression, and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a variety of building services and electrical systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across commercial sites
  • Maintain records of work completed and materials used
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide technical support
  • Liaise with clients on-site and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

What You’ll Need:

  • Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Ideally at least 5 years of experience in the FM industry, working within commercial buildings
  • Excellent knowledge of building services systems and maintenance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
