Main Responsibilities
- Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial and residential sectors.
- Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives.
- Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.
- Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld.
- Client-facing role with potential to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- MRICS and VRS qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Adept with Argus, Kel or market standard valuation software.
- Proven experience in commercial property valuation.
- Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.
